Cats must be up to date on Rabies and FVRCP. The FeLV vaccination is recommended, but not required.
We will need a copy of the pet's vaccinations to keep on file. This can be uploaded via the link below or brought at the time of check-in. We can attempt to contact the vet for information if needed, but some vets no longer release information to third parties. It is best for the owner to contact the vet to obtain records. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet brought without vaccination records.
Please be certain pets are up-to-date on flea and tick preventative...even if they only stay indoors and your pet has never had a flea or tick before.
If fleas and/or ticks are found on your pet during their stay, a spot on treatment will be applied for a small charge.
We reserve the right to refuse an infested OR recently infested pet boarding at check-in (i.e. a pet with inactive, matted flea nests or a pet still covered in dead but attached ticks). Please manage this condition prior to arrival. We do not groom pets.
Medications and Supplements
We are happy to administer supplements, sprays, ointments and prescribed medications. We have a limit of providing medication twice a day, unless it is a medication used on an "as needed" basis. There is not an additional charge for this service. It is okay to bring prescription medication in a pill box, but please bring the original prescription bottles as well for instructions and prescribing vet information. We have a refrigerator for refrigerated items if needed. We have several tricks but usually use a combination of pill pockets and snacks to give medications. ~~WE DO NOT PROVIDE INJECTIONS~~
Skin Conditions
If your pet has a strange skin condition that could appear to be contagious in nature, please bring a note from the vet stating it is not contagious, or no longer contagious. We reserve the right to refuse guests with conditions that appear contagious.
