Reservation Requests
Reservations may be requested anytime using the "Create Reservation" button. A non-refundable deposit is needed to create a reservation.
If a reservation confirmation has not been received withing 48 hours of sending the reservation request, please give us a call. If a reservation confirmation has not been received, the reservation may not have been saved.
Reservation Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is requested for each reservation based on the reservation's details. This deposit is deducted from the cost of the stay at checkout.
Cancellations:
Sometimes plans change. If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. If we can fill the dates that were scheduled, the deposit will not be lost and will be deducted from the checkout of the next scheduled stay. Please use email to cancel reservations if possible. We will send a cancellation confirmation when a reservation cancellation is received. If a reservation is not cancelled and no one shows on the check-in date, the full cost of the reservation will charged to the account.
Reservation Date Changes
Check-Outs
Feel free to let us know if any of the scheduled reservation dates need to be updated. We understand the unexpected and sometimes it is necessary to return from a trip earlier than planned. We currently forgive up to two nights from a scheduled reservation without charge for early return. If returning earlier than two scheduled nights, we will need to charge for the other nights not used. If we are provided enough prior notice to fill the dates not needed, we will not charge for them.
Check-Ins
If the check-in date needs to be changed to a later scheduled date, please provide more than forty-eight hours notice. Without the forty-eight hour notice will need we will need to charge starting on the check-in originally scheduled.
