Reservations can be requested 24/7 using the "Request a Reservation" button below.
The reservation system will prompt for a non-refundable deposit when submitted. If the reservation dates requested are not available, the deposit will be refunded.
New Customers: Please review the pet boarding policies and our COVID19 tour policy prior to creating a reservation request.
Technology works great, most of the time...BUT if you have not received a "Reservation Confirmation" or "Unable to Reserve Room" email within 48 hours of sending a reservation request, please give us a call.
Please cancel reservations that are no longer needed. A phone call, email or a voice mail is fine. We do not have a cancellation fee. We understand, plans change all the time.
Please complete the Pet Boarding Registration online or print and complete a copy to drop off at check-in.
All customers need a version of the Pet Boarding Registration on file. It provides the instructions and contact information needed to care for your pet.
Dogs will need proof of current Rabies and Parvo (DHLPP) from their veterinarian. Bordetella (canine/kennel cough) for dogs is recommended, but not required.
Cats will need proof of current Rabies and FVRCP from your veterinarian. ALL CATS MUST BE NEUTERED.
